Only PVV'ster Sonja Short accepts preference seat in the Provincial Council

Two PVV'sters and Green Left candidate be chosen with preference votes in the Provincial Council of Drenthe. But there is only one that accepts preferred seat, and that is PVV'ster Sonja Short from Emmen.
