The Board for the Protection of Human Rights pronounces on discrimination by a car rental company that has its headquarters in Horn. It is unclear in what place the branch is where there has been discrimination. It is a Hungarian woman who in April 2014 a car was refused because she did not have a Dutch license and no EU passport or identity card. The Board proposes that the car owner has prohibited discrimination on grounds of nationality. The company has not sufficiently demonstrated that there is no other way to detect missing cars than with said identity.
