A motion by the PVV in which the government requests the accreditation of the Islamic University Rotterdam (IUR) to withdraw. De PVV focuses mainly on the statements of the Rector of the IUR and is of the opinion that his statements about Kurds, Armenians, homosexuals, Jews and about beating women "are blatantly contrary to the principle of social responsibility.” This motion becomes (later) adopted. The Minister says she cannot withdraw the accreditation retroactively.
