The Board for the Protection of Human Rights jurisdiction in a case of a man who in mid-December 2014 was rejected for a job at a call center in Rotterdam. He states himself that he met all the requirements, but was rejected for his foreign name and origin. The call center, saying he had expected empathy and hard to understand. The Board therefore finds that the man can not prove that he was discriminated against because of his origins.
