The Board for the Protection of Human Rights jurisdiction in a matter of two parents of Congolese origin who argue that the school their children in Beuningen (Gelderland), has done on several occasions discriminatory rulings in recent years against their children. This would be done by teachers, and by decisions of the school board. The Board can not investigate some of the complaints by the passage of time. The parents can not prove that there has been discrimination and the College says the school therefore free.
