A judgment of the Council of State in a case of a Brabant Public Prosecutor (OVJ) who did not receive the green light from the AIVD for a position of confidentiality. Because he had a friendship with a gay Muslim from Indonesia, the intelligence service did not approve. He experiences it as homophobia by the AIVD. The Council of State ruled that the AIVD was guided by a prejudice against the Public Prosecutor and that he was wrongly excluded from a position at the E.U.
