The Board for the Protection of Human Rights was asked by a psychiatric institution from an unnamed place to judge a reorganization. The institution has some staff redundant because of their lack of language skills. There are many Turkish and Moroccan patients and the institution wants the staff so Turkish or Berber speaking. The Board proposes that the institution has not discriminated to let these language requirements when deciding who is fired.
