The Human Rights Board rules on a complaint by a Muslim woman who was rejected for the function of external clerk by the Court on an unknown date. Rotterdam because she wants to keep wearing a headscarf during her work. The Court has dress codes that prohibit this because it wants to radiate independence and impartiality. The College sees no arguments for which this should also apply to a registrar and states that the Muslim woman is discriminated against on the basis of her religion. The court makes a prohibited distinction based on religion.
