The Equal Treatment Commission states that a bailiff from an unnamed city made prohibited discrimination on the grounds of religion by 2011 to reject a Muslim woman for a vacancy. The bailiff had asked the woman if she was willing to take off her headscarf for work, but she didn't want to because of her faith. She was rejected for the position.
