The Board for the Protection of Human Rights jurisdiction in a case of a Moroccan-Dutch youth in May and June 2014 have been refused entry to a catering facility in Rotterdam. The second time, he would have suffered a bruised jaw after a collision with a doorman. The police look no discrimination and no abuse found on the video. The Board proposes that the complainant has failed to demonstrate that he was denied due to his origins. There is insufficient evidence and the video contradict his reading.
