The Board for the Protection of Human Rights jurisdiction in a case of a Muslim woman in late June 2013 was rejected as an intern at a pharmacy in Apeldoorn. There was a house rule against wearing headscarves. The Board proposes that unlawful discrimination is made on the grounds of religion.
