The Board for the Protection of Human Rights express its opinion in a case of a soldier who was not an endorsement of the secret service because his Turkish wife could not be verified by them because they lived in Turkey. The military wanted to work at the Ministry of Defence. He sees the blockade as discrimination on grounds of nationality. The Board proposes that no unlawful discrimination was made on grounds of nationality, because not nationals, but the inability to track the woman formed the basis for the refusal.
