The College states that a football club for Human Rights Westbeemster discriminated against a young transgender by this August 2014 refuse membership. It is a thirteen year old girl who wants to be a boy. The club feared harassment from the other young people and thought they did not have the teaching skills in-house to support this good. The Board indicated that the football club should have put more effort into finding a solution and making appointments.
