The Netherlands Institute for Human Rights rules on a case of a caravan resident who is not given a place to live in a caravan from the municipality of Leudal (the town hall is in Heythuysen). The MEB determines that B&W is guilty of discrimination by pursuing a policy that prevents a caravan resident from qualifying for a trailer park. The municipality does not issue new pitches and vacant pitches are only allocated to people with their own caravan. The man has been waiting for a place for more than four years.
