A Turkish-Dutch man, die sinds 1996 works for the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee, is rejected by his employer for the position of senior supervisor at a Brigade after an application, Civil Aviation Security Enforcement and Supervision Department. One of the grounds for rejection is that the candidate could possibly cause internal or external unrest on the theme of diversity. He feels discriminated against and files a complaint against the Ministry of Defense. In January 2019 the Netherlands Institute for Human Rights ruled.
