The Board for the Protection of Human Rights jurisdiction in a case of a Muslim woman wearing a headscarf. She had in October 2012 an interview with a sports center Rotterdam. Who then asked her if she was willing to remove her headscarf, because the management does not want religious expression in the workplace. She did not and was not adopted as an intern. The Board proposes today that prohibited discrimination is made based on religion. After this ruling allows the director of the Sports nothing more vocal. The trainee will step back to the civil court.
