Martin Bosma en Machiel de Graaf of the PVV submit a bill to the House of Representatives to record the appearance of Zwarte Piet, but hardly get any support. De PVV wants to legally establish a dark Zwarte Piet with red lips, curly black hair and gold earrings. Martin Bosma says that the “PietenwetIs part of a greater protection of Dutch culture and “we Dutch must constantly adapt our culture to minority groups“.
