A decision of the Board for the Protection of Human Rights on a complaint from an employee of a movie theater in Hengelo. His complaint is upheld because he 2013 was discriminated against by his employer. They treated his discrimination complaint careless. The man was behind his back as “the black” designated. He was bullied by managers and who gave him scut to work him out. The manager said “that black no other work to do” then clearing. The theater management is not present in the case.
