The Board for the Protection of Human Rights and jurisdiction in discrimination complaint by a Muslim woman who wants to shake hands from her religion. She is employed by the municipality Rotterdam and applied in 2012 to another position in which they would have many customer contacts. She was rejected. The College today finds that there has been unlawful discrimination on grounds of religion.
