The Board for the Protection of Human Rights jurisdiction in a case of a man from Iraq in March 2013 had an interview with an IT company in Vianen (Utrecht). He states that he was asked irrelevant questions about his origins, his flight story and his wish to return to Iraq. He was rejected for the job and foot discriminated. The Board proposes that there are differences of opinion on the content of the conversation was the director of the Iraqi.
