Today comes the news that Geert Wilders wrote an open letter to Pope Francis with the call to protect the Judeo-Christian and humanist civilization against Islam. He points to the oppression of Christians, Jews and atheists by Muslims in Syria, Iraq in Egypt. Wilders disagrees with statements by the Pope that Islam is violent. He writes: “Islam is the greatest threat to humanity today”.
