The parliament says that homosexuals should also be a blood donor. The Chamber wants the Cabinet instructs Sanquin Blood Bank to amend the rules that gay men are no longer excluded from the donor. Sanquin says they will not soon change policy. She wants to wait for an opinion from the Council of Europe.
