A thirteen-year-old student makes November 2011 to 1 juni 2012 guilty of discrimination against Antilleans and African-Dutch. He does this at his school in Oosterhout (North Brabant) in the presence of fellow students. He scolds someone for “kankerneger” and also incites violence. The student must appear before the juvenile court later this year.
