Recently joined Hero Brinkman, MP for the PVV, in the footsteps of his idol Geert Wilders. As Wilders ever stepped out of the VVD and his own party started, Brinkman so broke after a series of conflicts with the PVV. And first started his own Independent Citizens' Party, de OBP, then enter into a merger with Pride in Netherlands (TON). If the party seems to stand for something, then it is the narcissistic overestimation of Brinkman. But nevertheless, it is interesting to see that Brinkman is keen to distinguish as 'reasonable alternative' for Wilders. That runs at first sight to three points:
* Brinkman is trying to take away from all of rabid hatred texts Wilders;
* Brinkman wants to democratize his party;
* Brinkman wants a party without criminals, extremists of idiots.
Regarding the first point, take it away from radical texts Wilders, Brinkman comes up in an almost classical problem situation: he can to take away, but how to moderate your tone compared Wilders and you stay you stand out from the VVD? So far Brinkman late therefore mainly hear where he disagrees with Wilders, but the great search for prominent positions in the political space between the PVV and the VVD has taken no headlines so far.
The breakpoint which Brinkman and the rest of the opinion of the PVV differed was the democratic nature of the PVV, the second point,. As is known, the PVV does not allow members, Geert Wilders is the only member of the party. The third possible point of difference between the PVV and Brinkman. In this regard, scoring easily for Brinkman after the series of scandals involving PVV politicians, which turned out to defraud, to cheat, to act in porn, people mistreating, drunk driving, by wanting to urinate mailboxes, possessing illegal weapons and to be involved in violence against women and sexual abuse. But there is one big problem: Brinkman was itself one of the causes scandal. He misbehaved seriously in a bar in the Courtyard. He reportedly hit it smashed into a bartender. Furthermore, he came into disrepute because he escaped intoxicated to a police control at night to drive home with high speed and without lights. You could call it simply attempted manslaughter. He failed to mention this incident to the PVV.
Anyway, done is done once have thought Brinkman. His own shenanigans he simply can not change anything more. Then you can expect that Brinkman selects his other prominent party carefully.

When separated Brinkman of the PVV came immediately a number of figures in the picture that he followed in his step towards independence. Because the political activities of Monica Nunes go a bit further back than her election to the Provincial Council for the PVV. Monica Nunes was over three years ago a very avid participant on the extreme right Stormfront-forum. (1) She posted in eleven months time almost 2200 messages on the Stormfront forum, an average of more than six per day. Since many active Stormfront participant can take his hat off to. And aside from what Nunes posted there myself, the hair in that period certainly noticed that she was in circles which are dominated by Hitler-supporters, Holocaustontkenners, racists and violent offenders. And despite this complicated position Nunes did in the time after a lot of effort to be accepted as a full member Stormfront. Her message was mostly pragmatic, but at the same time infused with racist and xenophobic statements. Other cultures do not belong here, to leave she found: "I wish we had a Muslim leader sends the country, to the country of origin. I want these people do not break or killing. And if you venture into a forum with neo-Nazis and anti-Semites, and you talk about races, it is little surprise that the theme to move quickly to Jews. Nunes and then discussing them fully about the role of Jews in the world and the history of the Holocaust. She takes somewhat from too raw anti-Semitism. But Nunes not only lose in striking political considerations about the role of Israel, Jews and the Holocaust, she does not seem to mind a classic anti-Semitic stereotype: "Jews have a good nose for money, have big money and invest without morality in large commercial projects. "
Nunes makes not only on minorities, races and Jews. Also on the parliamentary democracy they have ideas expressed by Stormfront: 'SPPI, we are already in a dictatorship…we can for fun vote….and then do the men in the primaries even their best to winnen..en souls if they are elected….everyone on the gas (hum…)’
If you put all this at a glance, it seems more a small step to openly support Nazism on Stormfront. But that is not it. Nunes While talking with press about the subject and asks regularly supposed experts the ins and outs of the national socialism. But apparently remains openly Hitler-worship and sympathy for the Third Reich still a step too far for her.
Without openly to express its support for their ideas, However, she sympathizes with certain actions from neo-Nazi angle. So showy they announced several times to want to go along with the Nederlandse Volks-Unie (NVU). Let's be clear about. Brinkmans attempts to create distance themselves from the hatred practices of Wilders and his attempts at a democratic party structure have so far yielded nothing. And recruiting party framework with a net image Brinkman can not distinguish Wilders.
Or perhaps some, For a secondant which has left out openly anti-Semitic and Nazi, has not yet surfaced with Wilders.
