Forbidden legal

The main part of this volume consists of contributions on the question whether it is possible and desirable to ban organizations like the Dutch People's Union and the Centre Party and to dissolve and propagating in those circles to criminalize living ideas. The authors disagree about the need for new, stricter legislation. The legal provisions at issue, are included in a separate annex; Treaty provisions and also the proposals by the Minister of Justice to strengthen the current provisions. Also included is the highly critical report of the Permanent Committee for Justice on these proposals. The collection opens with the text of the famous speech of constitutional law scholar Professor.
