On the night of Saturday 17 on Sunday 18 September, unknown persons have a new mosque under construction Medemblik destroyed. The windows of the mosque have been smashed and a number of fences have been knocked over. The damage runs into thousands of euros.

Following on the news and the PVV parliamentary questions over a mosque Medemblik is organizing Voorpost Kennemerland a folder action today. The rightwing extremist group against the purchase of the mosque. They distribute leaflets and go out at night to a committee meeting in the town hall.
