Lead to do it provisionally 38 instead of 39 representatives. The succession of the mid-left councilor Thomas Cook appears to be a complex issue such that a quick solution is not obvious.

Thomas Cook leaves the Leiden city council
In October 2014 Livable of Leiden divisional councilor Thomas Cook stops as councilor. Cook Group are thus disappear from the Leiden municipal politics.
Cook is currently in Leiden council due to illness for a long time. He will now focus on his recovery. That will still take some time, so he said no longer to be able to fulfill the council membership.
