Two unsuspecting people were threatened with a firearm at the De Blikken park in Emmen by a 39-year-old man from the municipality of Coevorden. The next day he pointed a gun at people in Hoogeveen and shot it into the air. ,,I shouldn't have done that”, the man stated on Wednesday at the police judge in Assen.
