The VVD-MP André Bosman defends a bill in a debate today, that he in 2012 already submitted, with which he wants to keep underprivileged Antilleans from the Netherlands. Bosman wants requirements to be made of Antilleans if they want to settle in the Netherlands. For example, a young person must demonstrate that he is working, has money or an education before he comes to live here. Bosman has made a number of adjustments for the second time in the hope that he will now get a majority behind his plan. He doesn't think his bill is racist. The so-called Bosman Act will fail in Parliament without a chance. The proposal will fall to the vote next week. At the parliamentary debate on this Wednesday, all parties will draw, with the exception of the VVD in the PVV their hands off it for good. The bill has been criticized for being inconsistent with Article 1 of the Constitution.
