Pegida foreman could show swastika

Pegida frontman Edwin Wagensveld receive no punishment for showing a swastika during a demonstration in Amsterdam earlier this year.

Mayor Eberhard van der Laan advance admittedly had stated that the symbol could be seen in any way, but according to the Subdistrict Court this requirement was not valid since it hit the content of the demonstration.
