Enschede prepares for demonstration against azc
Enschede is preparing for the demonstration against the planned asylum center in Esmarkerveld. The demonstration starts at 12 hour. The route is adapted, in consultation, emphasizes the church.
The protesters can not walk past the town hall. They should stay in the De Bothoven, east of downtown. Mayor Van Veldhuizen has set up an emergency ordinance for the city of Enschede in order to prevent the demonstration gets out of hand. The police therefore has additional powers.
Pegida and People's Union
There are hundreds of people are expected. The organization is in the hands of Protesters Against City (DTG). Also announced the movement against Islamization Pegida and members of the Dutch People's Union to join the protest.
