Restart PVV Zeeland after a miserable time full of quarrels

The PVV in Zeeland is preparing for a restart, now that there is little left of the party in the province. There is only one seat left in the Provincial Council and the council faction in the municipality of Tholen has been dissolved. Hope seems pinned on chairman Patrick van der Hoeff, of the council faction in Terneuzen.
