All these lists must be supported by at least 30 voting residents of the constituency concerned. This handtekeningszetters need a passport to the town hall to sign it. Obtaining these declarations of support is a major problem for the extreme right. By recruiting among the homeless and addicts they manage, course fee, yet often to get enough signatures. South Holland, Gelderland and Breda has been made use of these practices to be able to participate.
