Military Chamber of the Court of Appeal Arnhem speaks a sergeant of the Royal Military Police clear of insulting police. The sergeant is 2011 stationed in Apeldoorn. Op 15 January 2011 he visits with friends in a nightclub Ridderkerk. By order of the police evacuated the nightclub middle of the night. Outside arise clashes between police and clubbers. The police used disproportionate force here. The sergeant was angry about it and would “kankerjoden, Jews bunch cancer” the police have been called. But he denies this and would only “imbecielen” have called in an attempt to stop the violence. Because the police went too far in using violence, He is therefore acquitted.
